* To register as IASP Member, a Proof of status is mandatory. To benefit from the fee, the upload of your membership certificate in the registration form is required.
Group Registration: -5%
Group of 5 or more people from the same company will receive a 5% discount on the total price if they register collectively at once. Group Registration is considered when a single person registers at least 5 individuals throughout the registration platform.
The last deadline for Group registration is April 27, 2025. The final list of participants must be submitted within April 27, 2025.
After this date, registration can be made individually.
Group reservation without the individual mailing addresses of the participants will not be accepted. Individual mailing addresses must be included to register a group.
Registration fee includes conference programme attendance, technical tours, cultural tours, conference materials, the welcome reception and social dinner, coffee breaks and lunches.
Fees are quoted in euro (EUR), per person, excluded 22% Italian VAT. VAT of 22% will be added in the registration payment. Should VAT increase, registration fees will be adjusted accordingly.
Under Italian VAT legislation, the conference is classified as a “service”, meaning VAT is charged by the service provider (the conference organisers).
Italian institutions and companies eligible for VAT exemption will not be charged VAT, provided they can demonstrate their specific VAT-exempt status.
Accompanying Person fee includes: Welcome reception, Social Dinner, Cultural Programme.
Registration fees and conditions for payment
Upon completing the online registration process, you will receive a preliminary confirmation email sent to the address provided during registration. Once payment has been received, an invoice will be issued, which serves as the final confirmation of your registration.
Payments must be made in euros and can only be completed by credit card or bank transfer (cash payments are not accepted).
- By credit card: All major credit cards, including American Express, VISA, and Eurocard/MasterCard, are accepted.
- By bank transfer: Payment via bank transfer only possible until April 25, 2025. After this date, payment by credit card only. Please make the payment via bank transfer to the following account:

Please note:
- All transfer fees/charges must be prepaid by the sender.
- Personal cheques, company cheques or Euro cheques are not accepted.
If you are unable to attend, you need to notify us by sending an e-mail with your name and registration confirmation to iasp2025.reg@aimgroup.eu
You will be refunded according to the following conditions:
- Cancellation until April 16, 2025 – Refund of all prepaid fees except for a 15% administration charge
- Cancellation after April 16, 2025 – No refund will be issued.
All approved refunds will be processed and issued 60 days after the Congress.
In the unlikely event that the conference cannot be held, either partially or fully, due to circumstances beyond the organisers’ control (such as riots, fires, bombings, floods, earthquakes, strikes, government regulations, epidemics, public health emergencies or other force majeure events), the organisers will not be held liable for any damages, costs or losses incurred. This includes registration fees, transportation or accommodation expenses or any other direct or indirect losses or consequential damages.
Depending on their citizenship, delegates may need to obtain a visa before coming to Italy.
It is the delegate’s responsibility to investigate the visa requirements for Italy and to apply for a visa, if necessary.

It is highly recommended to apply in due time, as the visa-issuing procedures could take up to 120 days.
To support visa requests, the Organizing Secretariat provides the following documentation:
- An invitation letter addressed to the visa applicant and a visa request letter addressed to the Italian Embassy, both signed by the CEO of AIM Group International
- Chamber of Commerce Company Registration
- ID of the CEO of AIM Group International
The documentation must be downloaded by the delegate from their personal area, after registering their data on the Congress platform.
Please note that:
- Submission of the required documentation does not automatically guarantee visa issuance.
- The Organizers and/or the Organizing Secretariat will not directly contact embassies and consulates on behalf of visa applicants.
- The invitation and visa request letters are not legally or financially binding on the Organizing Secretariat. Expenses related to the conference shall be borne by delegates themselves.

Refund requests for cancellation due to a denied visa must be submitted before the Congress and accompanied by the official visa denial letter from the Italian embassy.
The requests must be addressed to the Organizing Secretariat, at iasp2025.reg@aimgroup.eu.
If approved, the request due to a denied visa will be eligible for a refund of all prepaid fees except for a 15% administration charge until April 16, 2025.
Approved refunds will start being processed and issued 60 days after the congress.
